Content Strategist
Fast-paced digital design and development firm, Reusser Design, is seeking an experienced Content Strategist to join our highly talented and award winning team.
This person will be working closely with our clients, and with our team, to create and plan website navigations, user flows, content models, and collaborate with UX designers and developers to build best-in-class websites.

About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with UX designers, strategists and developers to delivery best-in-class digital experiences. Responsibilities include:
Create content strategies targeted at driving traffic, engagement, generating leads, delivering sales, retaining customers and building brand awareness
- Creating user personas and conducting user research
- Creating sitemaps and website navigation to promote content discoverability
- Integrating and designing content within content management systems
- Utilize your eye for design and technical expertise to visually build out websites
- Conduct client workshops regarding best practices for content integration and maintenance
- Collaborate with UX designers to design website based on the content strategy
- Conduct quality assurance testing on content management systems
- Implement search engine optimization services on website
About You:
- 3+ years of experience executing content and digital marketing strategies
- Experience using a variety of CMS systems and their functionality
- Understanding of journey based content strategies
- Understanding of Google Analytics and/or other performance measurement tools
- Understand best practices of search engine optimization (SEO)
- Ability and interest in thriving in a fast-paced, digital agency like ours
- Passion for helping our customers and delivering your work with excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with best practices for website content and user experience
